Fire Warden Training
Fire safety is of utmost importance in every workplace, and as such, it is necessary for every employer to comply with the provisions of the Safety, Health, and Welfare at Work Act 2005. Under Section 19 of this act, employers are required to identify hazards, assess risks and carry out a risk assessment to ensure the safety of their workforce.
One way to ensure that your employees are equipped to handle fire-related emergencies is to undertake a Fire Warden training course on a regular basis, typically every year.
We understand that different companies have varying risk profiles and unique fire-related challenges. To this end, we use trained and experienced firefighters to tailor our training courses to meet the specific needs of each company. This approach sets our training apart from generic courses offered by other companies, thereby better preparing your employees to handle fire-related emergencies. Don’t risk the safety of your workforce, reach out to us today to learn more about how we can help you keep your workplace safe.
General guidelines recommend that: Low-risk workplaces should have one trained fire warden for every 50 employees. Medium-risk workplaces should have one trained fire warden for every 20 employees. High-risk workplaces should have one trained fire warden for every 15 employees.
